Which smartphone operating systems connect to i'm Watch?
Many i’m Watch features require an internet connection via Bluetooth™ tethering and operating systems and / or phones that offer this feature are:

• Android (HTC, Samsung, Motorola, LG, etc)
• BlackBerry ®
• IOS ® (Apple ® iPhone)

Important
Not all versions of the same operating system allow Bluetooth™ tethering.
Not all versions of the same mobile phone allow Bluetooth™ tethering.
Not all service providers allow phone Bluetooth™ tethering.

Note:
For some smartphones that do not allow Bluetooth™ tethering, you can download the i’m Sync application that will allow you to connect i’m Watch to the internet using the phone connection.
SMS notifications can be used with devices that support the Bluetooth protocol “Message Access Profile” (MAP).

How does i'm Watch connect to smartphones? i’m Watch connects to smartphones via Bluetooth™.

How does i'm Watch connect to the internet?
i’m Watch accesses the internet through the phone connection (where available), using Bluetooth™ tethering. It requires a phone that supports the Bluetooth™ tethering function or that it be compatible with the i’m Sync application.

What version of Android is the i'm Watch operating system based on?
i’m Watch has a custom version of Android.

Is i'm Watch water resistant?
No, i’m Watch is not water resistant, it resists only to a few drops of water, just like a smartphone.

When will updates and applications be available for i'm Watch?
Updates and applications will be available after the i’m Watch release.

Can I use i'm Watch in every country?
Yes, because it connects to your smartphone and uses its connection, thus does not connect directly to the phone provider.

Does i'm Watch require a SIM or Micro SIM card? No, it does not require neither a SIM or a Micro SIM card.

Can I find i'm Watch in some stores or online?
At the moment there are no shops or websites that retail i’m Watch, the only way to purchase it is to place your order on our i’m Shop www.imshop.it

How will the delivery be performed? Can i'm Watch be delivered to my country?
Deliveries will be made all over the world with DHL (express courier).

How much are shipping costs? For Europe, shipping costs are 15 € each i’m Watch, while for the rest of the world the cost depends on the country.

How can I pay if pre-ordered an i'm Watch?
At the moment of the i’m Watch order you can perform the payment by credit card or bank transfer.

Does i'm Watch include speech recognition?
No, i’m Watch does not include this feature.

Is it possible to use headphones with i'm Watch? Yes, you can use your own wired headphones to phone with i’m Watch.

Can i'm Watch be used with Bluetooth headset?
i’m Watch does not support Bluetooth headsets.

Can I have a custom i'm Watch?
If the customer asks for a particular i’m Watch customization, we’ll evaluate whether the customization can be done.

What is the difference between "Option 1" and "Option 2" in the payment choice?
No hardware or software difference. They are two different payment systems. If Option 1 does not work, attempt Option 2.

What is the difference between the various i'm Color, i'm Tech and i'm Jewel models?
No differences in hardware and software. The models differ only in the construction materials of the case and watch band.

Does the i'm Watch have a Memory Card slot?
No, i’m Watch does not have an expansion slot for memory card.

How long is the watch band?
The maximum circumference of i’m on Watch with its band is about 20 cm.

Is i'm Watch equipped with vibration?
No, i’m Watch is not equipped with vibration.

Can calls be made and received with i'm Watch?
Yes, with i’m Watch you can receive and make calls in speaker mode. i’m Watch connects via Bluetooth to your smartphone exploiting the GSM module.

In the 7 i'm Color special offer can you choose the colors?
No, the offer provides for 7 different i’m Color (i.e. one for each color).

Is it mandatory to purchase i'music when you buy i'm Watch?
No, it is not mandatory to include i’music when buying i’m Watch.

Can you only listen to music downloaded from i'music? No, the i’m Watch 4GB internal memory allows you to upload your favorite music directly from your computer.

How many years of warranty does i'm Watch dispose of?
i’m Watch disposes of a 1 year warranty.
